Hyundai Motors is a South Korean auto-mobile Company, The car manufacturing company was launched on 6th May 1996 in the Indian market and for the first time, Hyundai is offering an Eco-friendly car to the Indian market with its all-new upcoming Hyundai Kona Electric Electric.

Hyundai Kona Electric is a Compact SUV with a five-person seating and it comes with two Variants Kona Electric Premium & Premium Dual Tone. The car comes in Automatic transmission only. It owns an electric fuel type of 39.2kWh Battery with a max torque of 395Nm with a max power of 134bhp, the car goes from 0-100kmph in 9.7 seconds with an expected driving range of 452km on a full charge. However, in the real world conditions, the range would be around 325km

In the interior of the car, you will get everything that a proper SUV holds. From leather seats to the leather steering wheel, ABS, Power Windows,  Six Airbags, Automatic Climate control with Multi-functional steering wheel, vehicle stability management, wireless charging, hill assist control and electronic stability control as well. All the interior has a metal finish, from paddles of the car to inside door handles, The legroom along with the headroom of the car is a bit less than Hyundai Creta or the all-new Venue.

As we talk about the exterior of the car, it is slightly different from normal engine cars because it has a battery so you will not get any grille in front but you will get adjustable headlights, fog lights, Power Adjustable rear-view mirrors, 16-inch alloy wheels, rear spoiler, Sunroof, Roof rail with LED Headlights and DRLs

As we talk about the Entertainment and communication system of the car we ‘ll get an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with built-in speakers with USB & Auxiliary input along with Bluetooth Connectivity, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The Ex-showroom price is around 25.3-25.7 lakh rupees. The Kona Electric is for those who are looking for a premium SUV with a decent range.
